I’ve been in the coffee industry for around seven years, in which time I have been a Barista, a Roaster and now an Account Manager. I’ve grown to become a coffee nerd, and I accept the phrase as a compliment! I love sharing what I know about coffee and getting people involved.

I can see more and more people showing an interest in the art of coffee. From me you can expect, educational posts about coffee. From what happens at origin, how it is stored in warehouses, how it’s roasted, how its brewed, how global factors influence the price you pay in your local cafe and how our palate and brain work together to perceive flavour.
